Our portable galvanized steel containers can be delivered to your property, another location of your choice, or stored at our secure facility. Unlike most other storage companies, we provide both cold and dry containers. Cold containers are ideal for fresh or frozen produce/goods. Our dry containers are the perfect option for everything else!

Portable storage containers are much more convenient because the storage rental is delivered to you. You can safety store your belongings on your own property and access them anytime. Or if you prefer, when your storage container is packed, simply give us a call and we can relocate it back to our secure facility, which you can access 24/7. Moving? Not a problem. Choose your destination and your container will be awaiting your arrival.

Our 8' wide containers come in four sizes 8', 12', 16' & 20'. Our most popular, 8' x 12' container, holds as much as a 6' x 16' trailer while sitting as compact as a 6' x 8' trailer. Dry Storage: Standard, living space examples: 8 ft - 440 cu ft. The standard, studio apartment is 460 cu ft. Our 8' dry storage containers will fit the contents of approximately one small, studio apartment. 12 ft - 668 cu ft. The standard, one-bedroom apartment is 660 cu ft. Our 12' dry storage containers will fit the contents of approximately one standard-sized bedroom, one full bathroom, living room and kitchen. 16 ft - 895 cu ft. The standard, two-bedroom apartment is 866 cu ft. Our 16' dry storage containers will fit the contents of approximately two standard-sized bedrooms, two full bathrooms, living room and kitchen. 20 ft - 1,094 cu ft. The standard, three-bedroom apartment is 1100 cu ft. Our 20' dry storage container will fit the contents of approximately three standard-sized bedrooms, two full bathrooms, living room and kitchen. Cold Storage: The standard, three-section commercial refrigerator is 60 cu.ft. 8 ft - 371 cu ft. Our 8' cold storage containers come with or without stainless steel shelving. This container will fit the contents of approximately 3.5 - 5 commercial refrigerators. 12 ft - 574 cu ft. Our 12' cold storage containers come with or without stainless steel shelving. This container will fit the contents of approximately 5.5 - 7 commercial refrigerators. 16 ft - 777 cu ft. Our 16' cold storage containers come with or without stainless steel shelving. This container will fit the contents of approximately 7.5 - 9 commercial refrigerators. 20 ft - 980 cu ft. Our 20' cold storage containers come with or without stainless steel shelving. Our Bluetooth controlled, ground-level delivery system, is agile, precise and balanced. However, it is important to pack the container carefully while using the provided tie-down points to better ensure items remain in place during transport.

Our Bluetooth controlled delivery system is able to move both cold and dry containers into very tight spaces, where trucks and trailers simply cannot fit. Only add 10' to the preferred containers length and placement will be a breeze!

Our dry containers are made of high grade, SPA-H and SPA-C galvanized steel. The corrugated steel roof is seamless and has been designed to protect your items from the elements and to prevent water from pooling or leaking. An anti-condensation spray has been used on the roof and the interior ceiling of the container to reduce condensation caused by humidity and temperature swings. The floor is made of 3/4” marine grade plywood that has been sealed with polyurethane, which is a water-based, non-slip, non-toxic, and non-odorous coating. In addition to this coating, the floors are also sealed and protected to provide a waterproof, non-slip, and non-flammable surface. Your items will remain secure in our dry storage containers with a lock assembly that is welded, riveted, and made of stainless steel. This lock assembly also includes a solid locking pin and emergency release cable. Our cold storage containers have been built without the trailer, reducing trip hazards while providing more interior space. The containers are constructed using 18Ga. galvanized steel reinforced flooring and 26Ga. white finished wall panels. All panels are fire-rated and fully insulated with 4" polyurethane. Each walk-in cold room comes equipped with a backup refrigeration system to help prevent food spoilage or damaged goods due to mechanical failure. Our 78" swing door has tamper proof screws, a dial thermometer, heated pressure vent and a magnetic gasket to help keep the door tight against the heated frame. Our Cooler (refrigerated) containers operate from 0 to 4 degrees Celsius and our Freezer containers operate from -18 to -22 degrees Celsius.

To secure your order, we ask for a non-refundable deposit of 20% when you sign our Rental Agreement. The remaining balance is due in full, one week prior to delivery. We accept all major credit cards. Cancellations made after full payment has been processed are eligible to receive a 50% refund of the balance paid; the initial deposit is non-refundable.

The contents that you store within the container are not insured by Keep Your Cool Ltd. As part of our Rental Agreement, you agree to obtain and maintain your own insurance.

We deliver within 100+ km of our storage facility which is located at 1637 Claybar Road in Ancaster.
